  • 1 raw beetroot, chopped
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp ripe New Zealand Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Homebrand cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Select Frozen Blueberries, plus extra for garnish
  • 20 g Sanitarium Options, Manuka Honey with LSA
  • 1 cup Sanitarium So Good Soy Milk, Regular
  • 1 Sprig of mint for garnish

Put all ingredients (except for the extra blueberries and mint for garnish) in a blender and pulse until blended.

Pour into glass and garnish with blueberries and a sprig of mint.
