Red Velvet Smoothie
- 1 raw beetroot, chopped
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp ripe New Zealand Avocado
- 1 Tbsp Homebrand cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Select Frozen Blueberries, plus extra for garnish
- 20 g Sanitarium Options, Manuka Honey with LSA
- 1 cup Sanitarium So Good Soy Milk, Regular
- 1 Sprig of mint for garnish
- Healthy Food Guide Magazine
Put all ingredients (except for the extra blueberries and mint for garnish) in a blender and pulse until blended.
Pour into glass and garnish with blueberries and a sprig of mint.
