Summer Pizzas

15 minutes + 20 minutes Serves 4


  • 2 large pizza bases
  • 4 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • 50g sliced spicy salami
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • ¼ avocado
  • 80g salad greens
  • ¼ cup French dressing

How to Make Pizza Dough


1. Preheat an oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

2. Place each pizza base onto a baking tray.

3. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle over the cheese, then top with salami, olives, tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Place into the oven for 20 minutes until crisp and golden. Swap the bottom one to the top after ten minutes for even cooking.

4. Serve with basil leaves sprinkled over the top and a side salad drizzled with French dressing.
