Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • 2 cups water, and ice to blend

Method

1. Peel and roughly chop oranges, lime and lemon.

2. Combine citrus fruits with baby spinach leaves, parsley, chia seeds, protein powder and water in a high-speed blender. Add ice.

3. Blitz for a few seconds until smooth and serve fresh.
