Mummy Sausage Rolls

10 minutes + 15 minutes Serves 8


  • 1 sheet flaky puff pastry
  • 6 kransky sausages
  • Mild mustard

1. Preheat oven to 200ºC

2. On a clean, dry surface, cut sheet of pastry into 8 strips

3. Wrap one strip of pastry around each sausage, starting at the bottom of the sausage and leaving a small space for the eyes near the top of the sausage

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden

5. Use mustard to dot on eyes
