Spicy Marinade for Chicken, Beef and Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- Zest & juice of 1 orange
- Zest & juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp oil
- ¼ cup honey
- Pinch of chilli flakes

Spicy Marinade for Chicken, Beef and Lamb
Method

1. Combine paprika, cumin and coriander in a small bowl.

2. Add zest and juice of an orange and a lemon, oil, honey and chilli flakes. Mix well to combine.

3. Add meat of choice and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

4. Cook meat on hot BBQ or in a frying pan until cooked through or to your liking.
