Ingredients

  • 1 small mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium peach, chopped
  • 12 raspberries
  • 6 blueberries, optional
  • 3/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Raspberries and blueberries, for serving

How to Use up Your Fruit and Vegetables

Method

1. Blend all ingredients, except extra berries, until smooth. Pour into glasses.

2. Top with extra berries, if desired. Not suitable to freeze.
