Ingredients

  • 1 small mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium peach, chopped
  • 12 raspberries
  • 6 blueberries, optional
  • 3/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Raspberries and blueberries, for serving

How to Use up Your Fruit and Vegetables

Method

  • 1. Blend all ingredients, except extra berries, until smooth. Pour into glasses.

  • 2. Top with extra berries, if desired. Not suitable to freeze.
