How to Speed Up Dinner Prep

1. Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan and top with water. Cook until tender. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Add milk and butter. With a fork or masher, gently break up the potatoes but not into a mash.

2. Drizzle a little oil in a non stick frying pan, cook the burger patties until crisp and golden. Remove from pan and keep warm.

3. In the same pan, pour in beef stock, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the cream and add black pepper. Taste, season with salt and simmer for 5 minutes or until thick and saucy.

4. Serve the burger patties with smashed garlic spuds drizzled with the peppercorn sauce and salad.
