Oysters with Chilli Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp sugar
- black pepper
- olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cardamon
- 6 fresh oysters
- freshly chopped coriander leaves
Method

1. Whisk first seven ingredients together to create vinaigrette

2. Spoon vinaigrette over each oyster.

3. Top with the fresh coriander.

3. Serve oysters immediately on a bed of ice.
