Smoked Salmon Canapé with Wasabi Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese
- 100 g smoked salmon
- wasbi cream
Method

1. Mix the cream cheese with the wasabi paste.

2. Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber thinly lengthways to make long strips.

3. Lay out a cucumber slice flat, top with a salmon slice and spread with a teaspoon of wasabi cream.

4. Roll up the canape and garnish with fresh chives.
