Fig, Blue cheese and Prosciutto Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread
- 50 ml olive oil
- 225 g blue cheese
- 2 tbsp cream
- 8 figs
- 150 g prosciutto
Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Cut the bread into thin slices.

3. Brush with olive oil and bake until crisp and golden.

4. Mix the blue cheese and cream together and spread over the toasted bread

5. Top with fig slices and some torn prosciutto."
