Panettone French toast
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 8 thick slices panettone
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Maple syrup and mascarpone or whipped cream to serve
- Fresh berries or banana to serve
Whisk together eggs and milk with a pinch of cinnamon.
Soak slices of panettone in egg mixture.
Fry in a little butter until lightly browned on each side.
Serve with fresh berries and/or banana drizzled with maple syrup and mascarpone.
