Panettone French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 8 panettone thick slices
- pinch of cinnamon
- maple syrup to serve
- mascarpone or whipped cream to serve
- fresh berries or banana to serve
Method

1. Whisk together eggs and milk with a pinch of cinnamon.

2. Soak slices of panettone in egg mixture.

3. Fry in a little butter until lightly browned on each side.

4. Serve with fresh berries and/or banana drizzled with maple syrup and mascarpone.
