Asian Style Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
- 3 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 2 cups rice
- 500 g stirfry veges
Method

1. In a large bowl put the garlic, ginger, five spice powder, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken drums.

2. Combine well and leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour (or overnight for a greater depth of flavour).

3. Place marinated chicken in a single layer in of a baking dish with the chicken stock. Sprinkle with the celery salt and bake at 200°C for 40 minutes or until the skin is crisp – adding a little more stock if the sauce is in danger of drying out.

4. Serve with serve the drumsticks and sauce with rice and stir fried vegetables.
