Grilled peaches

Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- 2 Tbsp raw sugar or brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon (option)
Method

1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone.

2. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and toss peaches in mixture to coat.

3. Place peaches flesh side down on a medium to hot barbecue. Cook for about 5 minutes or until peaches are tender and the sugar has melted.

4. Remove from the bbq and serve with ice cream, cream or mascarpone cream.
