Grilled peaches


  • 4 peaches
  • 2 Tbsp raw sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (option)

  • 1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone.

  • 2. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and toss peaches in mixture to coat.

  • 3. Place peaches flesh side down on a medium to hot barbecue. Cook for about 5 minutes or until peaches are tender and the sugar has melted.

  • 4. Remove from the bbq and serve with ice cream, cream or mascarpone cream.
