Smoked Chicken, Brie and Pesto Croissants
- 125 g brie, sliced
- 4 croissants
- 100 g smoked chicken, sliced
- 8 Tbsp pesto
1. Warm the croissants then slice in half lengthwise. Spread 2 Tbsp of pesto on the base of each croissant. Add slices of smoked chicken and brie.
2. For a variation, replace chicken with roast beef or salmon and pesto with relish or cream cheese. Instead of brie use sliced tomato or capers.
