Green Beans with Feta Cream

Ingredients

  • 500g green beans
  • 125g crème fraiche
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds
  • oil for drizzling

How to Chop Herbs

Method

1. Trim the beans and blanch them in a pan of boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until al dente. Remove the pan from the heat and drain off the water.

2. Combine the crème fraiche, feta, garlic and dill.

3. Arrange the beans on a serving platter and top them with the feta cream. Drizzle over the oil and sprinkle over the toasted almonds.
