If you want to register your new Onecard, please click the orange Register button above.
You may be used to logging in using your "Name on Card" information. Please note that now you simply login using your Last Name only. All of the other login information remains the same, it's only the Name information that has changed.

Frequently asked questions
If you have an old Onecard (issued before 9 October 2016) then you will log in with the Onecard number from the front of your card, the Last name on the card and your date of birth.
If you have a new Onecard (issued after 9 October 2016) then you will log in with the Onecard number from the back of the card, your Last name and your date of birth.
Back to FAQ MenuWhen registering a new Onecard for the very first time you use your old Onecard number. This will be a number most likely starting with a 50 or 70 prefix. It is any old Onecard, ie even an old Foodtown card number will work. This ensures that all of your details, including any points balances transfer across without a hitch.
