This curried mince recipe is deliciously fragrant and a totally different way to use your mince. It’s prepped and cooked in half an hour and is a great way to sneak in a few of those veges the kids might not normally eat – cabbage and peas. And while it says to serve with rice, it’s also great on toast the next morning!
