What to do with Christmas leftovers
The big day has come and gone and you’re left with what feels like half a beast and no idea what to do with it. Here’s a few meal ideas to make the most of your Christmas meat.
It’s the day after Christmas. You open the fridge and realise you have more food leftover than you know what to do with. And for whatever reason, that large Turkey or Ham, that was once the masterpiece of your Christmas spread now feels a little intimidating. The thought ‘how on earth are we going to get through this?’ comes to mind. Fear not, we have a couple of creative ideas up our sleeve.
