The customer must enter the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout for this to be applied to their online shop. As outlined below.
The offer is not able to be shared and will only be valid for the Online shopping account using the customers email address that the offer was sent to.
The offer is effective from 15 September 2021 to 31 October 2021 (“Promotion Period”). The customer needs to spend the amount specified in this email (or more), online at shop.countdown.co.nz in a single transaction. The customer must enter the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout for this to be applied to their online shop. They must use their Online shopping account that has been set up with the email address that this offer was sent to.
The customer must enter the “exclusive code” at checkout for this discount to be applied to their online shop. The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Countdown is not responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions. The offer is only available in New Zealand. Please note, Delivery fee, tobacco products (inc Vape products), smoking accessories, Christmas Club vouchers, gift vouchers, gift cards and lottery tickets do not count towards qualifying spend.
The customer may only use one “exclusive code” per online shop. If there is a separate Countdown promotion with a separate “exclusive code” the customer will need to use these across separate online shops, they cannot both be used on the same online shop.
By entering into this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Who is eligible
This offer is only available to those customers who have received communication directly from Countdown and use the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout for their offer to be applied to their online shop. This communication could be in the form of: an email, or notification on the bottom of their till receipt. The offer cannot be shared with another person by forwarding the email, or copying or distributing the till receipt.
How to Redeem
The customer must enter the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout for this to be applied to their online shop. This offer is only redeemable once within the Promotion Period at Countdown.
A $1 bag charge applies per order to cover the cost of all of the paper bags with your order.
Countdown reserves the right to vary any of the terms of redemption applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.
Exclusions and Liability
Countdown is not responsible for any offers not redeemed within the Promotion Period of 15 September 2021 to 31 October 2021. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights entrants may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, Countdown and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning any prize. Countdown is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
