Our Merchandise team is focused on delivering the right product at the price every time that they shop with us, and not just when we’re on promotion. Our team works tirelessly with our suppliers to bring to life great product offerings across the broad spectrum of fresh and packaged products ensuring that we have a wide variety of products to meet our customers’ needs.
Our Commercial Services Team provides the strategy development, information linkages and business tools that serve to enable our Merchandise team and wider business teams across Countdown to make better more informed fact based decisions.
The purpose of these commercial teams is to develop strategies and deliver services, information and insights that enable better decision making that continues to evolve the partnerships with suppliers and provide the services and information the team provide to business stakeholders.
Our teams are focussed on their ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, to develop and deliver new services and solutions that serve to deliver better results always with our customers foremost in our thinking.
