RE: Product Maintenance Forms Upgrade

The Product Maintenance Forms upgrade is complete and version 4.1 of the Woolworths Article Form (WAF) and version 3.1 of the Woolworths New Article Summary form (WNAS) is now available on the Forms tab on this website.

Please ensure you use the latest version for Article and New Article Summary submissions to prevent form rejection.

For details on the changes to the forms please refer to the attachment.
