Tip 1 - Label your food with low temperature freezer stickers. These won’t peel off, so you can record dates and contents.

Tip 2 - If you’re short on containers, line them with aluminum foil before putting in the food. Freeze the dish, then remove and rewrap in an airtight bag.

Tip 3 - Your freezer works best when it’s full. This helps it to maintain a cooler, constant temperature.
